Li Liu

Biography:

Professor Liu is a neonatologist, doctoral degree tutor, the founder and discipline leader of Department of Neonatology，the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, visiting scientist at Medical school of Harvard University. She obtained her doctoral degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2009. Her research focuses on the brain development and injury, especially in premature infants.She has previously led four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and published more than 50 research articles in SCI(E) journals. And She was awarded the "China Neonatal Physician Award"、"National Science and Technology Award". She is Vice President of Neonatal Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, deputy chairman of the special Committee on Child health and chairman of the Professional Committee on early Childhood Health Development, Head of the neonatal Cooperation Group in Northwest China and chairman of the Expert Committee, Chairman of neonatologists Branch of Shaanxi Provincial Medical Association. And she is also a member of the editorial boards of more than ten domestic and internationl magazines.
